Management, we can ensure your new manger while expressing their

Spa Services:
Provide ongoing support to the management of the Spa and
provide consistency in services offered, specifically
through training of any new manager on existing standards
of operation.
Co-ordinate training and certification of new therapists
as needed upon loss of staff.
Assist
in the selection of new staff.
Periodically
every quarter (4 times / year), do one week re training
of existing staff to reinforce standards.
Periodically
renew and upgrade treatment menu as needed (minimum one
time per year).
Review and analyze monthly performance and make recommendations
to increase profitability where needed.
Assist
with budget preparations.
Assist
with internal and external marketing as needed.
